Hayashi Yukai Laboratory is an online shopping site that delivers colorful and unique craft cola syrups, gin, and liqueurs, using ingredients from Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture.

These products are carefully handmade in a facility for people with disabilities that complies with the Food Sanitation Act and HACCP, making them safe and reliable.

We offer a wide variety of drinks, including fragrant craft liqueurs based on shochu from Hakusen Shuzo in Gifu Prefecture, and colorful gins made with natural ingredients such as saffron, butterfly pea, and hibiscus roselle by STILL DAM SAGA.

We use 17 kinds of spices and herbs that are used in Chinese medicine and are carefully selected from all over the world through fair trade, including 17 kinds of natural cola nuts and high-quality vanilla beans from Madagascar.     The craft cola series is all handmade at a facility for people with disabilities attached to Towa Assembly. We also mix spices for liqueurs and gin. We even package each finished drink.

    [Hortensia] is a blue craft cola that was jointly developed with the ideas of female high school students from the local Kamo Agricultural and Forestry High School. It uses butterfly pea grown in Minokamo. It is a craft cola recommended for women, as it changes color when lemon is added. It was also exhibited at the school's cultural festival, where it was well received.
