Gifu Prefectural Kamo Agricultural and Forestry High School (Principal Otsuka) and our company president Hayashi have signed a partnership agreement to develop a cola made primarily from butterfly pea. Teachers from the Prefectural Kamo Special Needs School, where private training is currently being conducted, also participated as observers, and exchanged opinions on future cultivation, harvesting, manufacturing and product development, providing momentum for the "Fukuoka-Academia-Industry" model. A tasting session was also held for the newly developed ORTENSIA (blue cola) and ACCACOLA (red cola). The products were well received by female students at Kamo Agricultural and Forestry High School, marking a good start towards the autumn launch. This matter has been covered by the Chunichi Shimbun and the Gifu Shimbun, and will be featured in an article soon.
