May 10th: Color-changing cola "ORTENSIA" developed in collaboration with Kamo Agricultural and Forestry High School

As part of our SDGs activities, we are developing a color-changing cola called "ORTENSIA (trademark pending)" as part of our efforts to utilize local products . We are collaborating with students from the Food Science Department of Kamo Prefectural Agricultural and Forestry High School to create a prototype. Two local newspapers also participated in the meeting, and it was a very lively trial meeting. We plan to report to Mayor Fujii of Minokamo City soon.
